On August 08, 2018, the Board of Directors of Tecgroup Joint Stock Company approved to collect shareholders' opinion in writing with the following contents:

-       Record date: July 23, 2018

-       Meeting time: expected from August 23, 2018 to September 10, 2018

-       Meeting venue: Floor 3^rd, No.14-16 Ham Long Street, Phan Chu Trinh Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Ha Noi City.

-       Content:

+ Approving to supplement its business lines;

+ Approving to invest in subsidiaries and other companies with total value not exceeding 50% of the value of assets that are recorded in the audited financial statements recently;

+ Approving to change the plan for stock issuance to raise charter capital at the Annual General Meeting dated April 23, 2018 and the public offering for capital increase to existing shareholders;

+ Approving to amend its charter;

+ Other issues.
