SBV: SBV allowed to extend the submission of semi-annual financial statements
On July 27, 2018, the State Securities Commission approved Siam Brothers Vietnam Joint Stock Company to extend the submission date of the semi-annual financial statements for 2018:
- The Company must announce its reviewed semi-annual financial statements within 60 days from the ending date of the first six months of fiscal year but no more than 05 days from the day when the audit firm signs the reviewed financial statements.
