PVT: Approving the record date for cash dividend & collecting shareholders' opinion

On August 02, 2018, PetroVietNam Transportation Corporation issued Resolution No.67/NQ-HĐQT about the record date for cash dividend and collecting shareholders’ opinion as follows:

1. Purpose:

-       To pay cash dividend at the ratio of 10%/charter capital (1,000 dongs/share);

-       To collect shareholders’ opinion in writing about the additional election of the BOD member.

2. Record date: August 23, 2018.
