PNC: Resolution on collecting shareholders' opinion

     Phuong Nam Cultural Joint Stock Corporation announces the Resolution No.03/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ dated August 27, 2018 approving the plan for the transfer of remaining stake (equivalent to 7.5% charter capital) of PNC in CJ CGV Viet Nam Company Limited (CGV Vietnam) with the transfer value of VND101,000,000,000 and time of implementation in 2018.
