            II. Report on the use of capital from the public offering:

-       Total proceeds from the offering will be used for investing in Bao Lam 3 Hydropower project.

-       Total amount has disbursed for the project until the reporting time: VND378,793,694,000.

-       The remaining amount has not disbursed: 0 dongs

-       The final payment date of the disbursement period: August 21, 2018

-       Current project progress: Project progress has been fulfilled as planned. The project has finished and put into the generate electricity operation in December 2017.
