On May 07, 2018, National Seed Joint Stock Company announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

-   Number of treasury shares before trading: 11,472 shares

-   Number of shares registered to purchase: 1,000 shares

-   Purpose: to repurchase shares from the employees reigned.

-    Trading period: from the date of approval by the State Securities Commission.

-   Trading method: to transfer rights via the Vietnam Securities Depository.
