MCP: The record date for the EGM and dividend payment

On August 14, 2018, HOSE announces the record date for the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting (EGM) and the dividend payment of My Chau Printing and Packaging Corporation:

1. Ex-right date:                   August 27, 2018

2. Record date:                    August 28, 2018

 The payment for the first phase of 2018 and the second phase of 2017 dividend in cash      

Dividend pay-out ratio: 12%/ par value (VND1,200/share)         

+ The second phase of 2017: 7%/ par value (VND700/share)

+ The first phase of 2018: 5%/ par value (VND500/share)

Payment date:  September 14, 2018

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  My Chau Printing and Packaging Corporation as from September 14, 2018.
