KSB: Board resolution on the transfer of shares

According to the Board resolution dated July 31, 2018, the Board of Directors of Binh Duong Mineral and Construction Joint Stock Company (KSB) approved the transfer of its capital at Hue Minh Co., Ltd.:

-          Company: Hue Minh Co., Ltd.

-          Head office: 136 Nguyen Du, Ben Thuy ward, Vinh city, Nghe An province

-          The holding ratio of KSB at Hue Minh Co., Ltd.: 100%

-          Purpose of transfer: to invest in the quarry of 6.7 m3 in Nghi Cong Nam commune, Nghi Loc district, Nghe An province.
