- Reason: owner’s equity of International Labor and Services JSC is minus according to Consolidated Audited Financial Statement 2017 and Audited Financial Statement 2017 of holding company, under trading restriction in accordance with Point b Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulations
- Trading restriction: ILC stock can only be traded on Friday weekly
