HSL: BOD resolution on setting up an associated company On August 15, 2018, the Board of Directors of Hong Ha Son La Processing Agricultural Product Joint Stock Company approved to contribute to establish an associated company with the following contents:
- Company name: Ngoc Lac Xanh Agricultural Products Joint Stock Company
- Short name: NGOC LAC XANH JSC
- Head office: Tho Phu Hamlet, Kien Tho Commune, Ngoc Lax District, Thanh Hoa Province.
- Charter capital: VND55,000,000,000
- Stake ratio:
+ Hong Ha Son La Processing Agricultural Product Joint Stock Company contributed VND25,000,000,000, accounting for 45.4% charter capital;
+ Mr. Tran Van Thong contributed VND15,000,000,000, accounting for 27.3% charter capital;
+ Ms. Vu Thi Hoai Phuong contributed VND15,000,000,000, accounting for 27.3% charter capital.
- To appoint Mr. Tran Van Thong as the representative of stake of Hong Ha Son La Processing Agricultural Product Joint Stock Company in Ngoc Lac Xanh Agricultural Products Joint Stock Company.
