HFB: Extraordinary General Mandate 2018

1. Dismiss Mr. Tran Minh Thanh from Chairman and appoint additionally 01 Member of Board of Directors term 2016-2021 for replacing Mr. Tran Minh Thanh.
2. Appoint additionally Mr. Tran Minh Trung to be Member of Board of Directors, replacing Mr. Tran Minh Thanh, term of Mr. Tran Minh Trung is the remaining time of term 2016-2021.
3. Assign Board of Directors of Ho Chi Minh City Ferry Bridge Construction Joint Stock Company and related individuals to implement this Mandate.
