HDC: HDC received the Construction License of Ecotown Phu My project

On August 03, 2018, Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company received the Construction License of Ecotown Phu My project by Ba Ria – Vung Tau of Department of Construction, including the following information:

-       Location: Phu My Ward, Phu My Town, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province.

-       Total area: 63,134.5m²; including:

+ Residential land: 39,065.4m², these are 319 lots of land to build the townhouse (from 2 floors to 4 floors with total area of 31,694.9m². These are 2 apartments building with 9 floors and 15 floors with total area of 7,370.5m².)

+ Public works area (kindergarten and public cultural center) with total area of 3,318.8m².

+ Land transport: 20.350.3m².

^-            Expected commencement: August 09, 2018

^-            The company plans to put into operation in the fourth quarter of 2018.
