GEX: BODs Resolution on fractional shares handle On August 22, 2018, the BODs of Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation approved to handle the fractional shares of the stock issuance for capital increase as follows:
- Approving to handle the fractional shares for rounding down to dozens of the stock issuance to pay dividend from the owner’s equity:
- Number of fractional shares: 55 shares (based on the list of investors owned the received stock of the stock issuance to pay dividend from the owner’s equity No.B018/2018-GEX/VSD-ĐK dated August 21, 2018.
- Selling price: 10,000 dongs/share
- Time for settlement to purchase shares: no later than 17:00, August 22, 2018
- These shares will not be restricted the transfer.
