FRT: Board approves the transaction with related companies

On August 01, 2018, the Board of Directors FPT Digital Retail Joint Stock Company (FRT) approved the transaction with related companies as follows:

1. Approving the list of related companies, including:

-       FPT Corporation (FPT)

-       FPT Telecom Joint Stock Company (FTEL)

-       FPT Information System Joint Stock Company (FIS)

-       FPT Synnex Joint Stock Company

-       FPT Software Company Limited (FSOFT).

-       Subsidiaries and other related companies.

2. Package: to sell the computer, phone; server rental service; serve software license purchase; brand management fee and utility service; charge of Facebook and Workplace; to buy Internet services, to buy FPTplay box equipment, to buy software and software services; loans.

3. Transaction value: less than 35% total assets of FRT.

4. Effective date from January 01, 2018.
