DXG: Receiving the transfer of stake from Ha An

On August 13, 2018, the Board of Directors of Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company approved to receive the transfer of 100% shares from Ha An Real Estate Business Investment Joint Stock Company.

   To appoint Mr. Tran Cong Luan as the representative of stake of Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company at Ha An Real Estate Business Investment Joint Stock Company.
