DPG: Adjustment to raise the stake at Dat Phuong Hoi An

On August 14, 2018, the Board of Directors of Dat Phuong Joint Stock Company approved the additional capital to Dat Phuong Hoi An Joint Stock Company with the following contents:

1. To implement the additional capital contribution of VND52,000,000,000 to Dat Phuong Hoi An Joint Stock Company. After the additional capital contribution completed, the stake of Dat Phuong Joint Stock Company in Dat Phuong Hoi An Joint Stock Company will increase to VND140,000,000,000.
2. Time of implementation: no later than December 31, 2018
3. The company committed to pay the full amount of registered shares of Dat Phuong Hoi An Joint Stock Company according to the regulation.
4. In case other shareholders of Dat Phuong Hoi An Joint Stock Company do not buy all the shares issued to increase the capital, Dat Phuong Joint Stock Company will buy these shares to ensure the charter capital of Dat Phuong Hoi An JSC before December 31, 2018 reached VND172 billion.
