On August 13, 2018, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade Securities Joint Stock Company approved the plan for 2017 stock issuance to pay dividend as follows:

-       Par value: 10,000 dongs

-       Number of share issued: 97,652,936 shares

-       Number of outstanding shares: 97,616,203 shares

-       Number of treasury shares: 36,733 shares

-       Number of shares expected to be issued: 8,785,458 shares

-       Total value (based on par value): VND87,854,580,000

-       Issuing ratio: 9%, equivalent to 100:9 (Shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 09 new shares)

-       Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down to dozen, the fractional shares due to rounding down will be cancelled.

-       Time of implementation: Q3.2018
