VPG: Board resolution on bank borrowing

Viet Phat Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company announces the Board Resolution dated July 23, 2018 as follows:

            The Board of Directors approved to receive the credit from VPBank according to the types of business plan, including:

-          Make a loan

-          Guarantee

-          Issuing LC

-          Discount

The amount that the company is granted by VPBank for each business plan: maximum 500 billion dongs or foreign currency equivalent (not including the credit limit secured by deposit account).
