VPB: The adjustment of foreign ownership limit at VPB approved

On June 18, 2018, VietNam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank (VPB) received Official Document No.3777/UBCK-PTTT dated June 15, 2018 by the State Securities Commission (SSC). Accordingly, SSC approved the adjustment of foreign ownership limit at VietNam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank to 22.784% charter capital after VietNam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank had paid stock dividends and issue bonus shares to raise capital.
