-          Number of shares registered to be listed additionally: 553,913,276 shares

-          Date of issue of the certificate for additional listing: July 19, 2018

As from July 23, 2018, the number of shares that foreign investors are allowed to hold at VINGROUP Joint Stock Company will be 925,570,156 shares (29% of total number of shares (3,191,621,230 shares) registered at VSD).
