VHG: The first annual general meeting of 2018 is unsuccessful

On July 18, 2018, the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Quang Nam Rubber Investment Joint Stock Company was organized. However, there were 04 shareholders representing 28,482,560 shares, accounting for 18.99% on the total voting shares of the Company. Therefore, the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Quang Nam Rubber Investment Joint Stock Company was not eligible to proceed. The Company will organize the second annual general meeting and announce meeting date and venue in invitation letters to shareholders.
