The Board of Directors of Tri Viet Securities Joint Stock Company approved the plan for private offering of bonds in 2018 as follows:

-          Bond name: Bond of Tri Viet Securities Joint Stock Company in 2018

-          Short name: Tcorp3

-          Par value: VND10,000,000/bond

-          Issue price: 100% par value

-          Issue volume: 10,000 bonds

-          Issue value: VND100,000,000,000.

-          Bond type: non-convertible and unsecured bond

-          Bond term: 24 months from the issue date

-          Bond interest rate: 10.5%/year

-          Number of issue phases: Phase 1 in July 2018 with the issue value of VND50 billion. Phase 2 in early 2018 with the issue value of VND50 billion.

-          Issue date: July 05, 2018

-          Bond interest payment period: once every three months

-          Agent of issue: Vietnam Construction Securities Joint Stock Company.
