TLH: Approving to increase its charter capital of additional issuance

On July 18, 2018, the Board of Directors of Tien Len Steel Corporation Joint - Stock Company decided to increase its charter capital from VND929,623,130,000 to VND1,021,106,210,000 due to the additional issuance of 9,148,308 new shares of the stock dividend payment.
