According to the Board resolution dated July 10, 2018, the Board of Directors of Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company approved to implementation the stock dividend payment as follows:  

-          Name of stock: Stock of Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company

-          Stock type: common stock

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Purpose: to issue shares to pay dividends for 2017

-          Number of issued shares: 34,434,034 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares: 34,434,034shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 0 shares

-          Number of shares expected for stock dividend payment: 3,443,403 shares

-          Total expected issue value: VND34,434,030,000.

-          Issue rat: 10% on the outstanding shares

-          Financial resource: the undistributed after-tax profit

-          Issue date: in Quarter III/2018

-          The number of shares distributed to each shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional part (if any) will be cancelled.
