SSC: Personnel change

On July 28, 2018, the Board of Directors of F.I.T Group Joint Stock Company approved the personnel change with the following contents:

1)    Approving to appoint Mr. Nguyen Dinh Nam as Deputy CEO, to be concurrently the person in charge of Corporate Governance and Director of Planning and Investment Department as from August 01, 2018.

2)    Approving the resignation letter of Mr. Bui Quang Son as member of the BOD as from August 01, 2018.

3)    Approving to appoint Mr. Nguyen Hoang Anh, Acting CEO, to be concurrently the BOD member as from August 01, 2018.

4)    Approving to appoint Ms. Doan Xuan Khanh Quyen as Chief Accountant as from August 01, 2018.
