SFC: SFC signs agreements with related companies

On July 26, 2018, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Fuel Joint Stock Company approved the signing of petroleum purchase agreements with STS Marine Services and Petroleum Joint Stock Company which is parent company of SFC.

        For Ron 92-E5 gasoline, the company is waiting for an authorization letter from STS Marine Services and Petroleum Joint Stock Company for signing of Ron 92-E5 gasoline purchase agreement with Ho Chi Minh City Oil & Gas One Member Limited Company (Saigon Petro Co., Ltd) which is the major shareholders of SFC.
