RIC: Decision on tax penalties

Royal International Corporation announces the conclusion of tax inspection dated July 16, 2018 as follows:

-          Period of inspection: in 2017. For VAT: until the end of February 2018.

1)    Total tax arrears, administrative penalty, late payment: VND345,401,989.

Of which:

  • Value added tax arrears: VND241,105,215.
  • Administrative penalty: VND85,321,043.
  • Amount of late payment: VND18,975,732.

2)    Reduction of loss: VND6,215,971,202.
