-          Number of shares registered to be listed additionally: 16,199,693 shares

-          Date of issue of the certificate for additional listing: July 16, 2018

  As from July 18, 2018, the number of shares that foreign investors are allowed to hold at Phu Tai Joint Stock Corporation will be 23,813,726 shares (49% of total number of shares (48,599,441 shares) registered at VSD).
