PPI: Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2018

Pacific Infrastructure Project Development and Investment Corporation announced the resolution of Annual General Meeting 2018 dated June 29, 2018 as follows:

Resolved

1. To approve the report of the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors, the report on business performance in 2017.
2. To approve the business plan for 2018.
3. To approve the 2017 profit distribution plan and dividend payment plan in 2018: The Company will not distribute profit and pay dividends for 2018.
4. To approve to pay no remuneration to the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors in 2017.
5. To approve to pay no remuneration to the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors in 2018.
6. To approve the corporate governance regulation of PPI.
7. To approve the amendment to the Company’s Charter.
8. To authorize the Board of Directors to choose an audit firm to audit PPI’s financial statements in 2018.
9. To approve the election result of the Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors for the term of 2018-2023:
