PNC: The record date for seeking shareholders’ approval (for the second time)

On July 18, 2018, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.968/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date for seeking shareholders’ approval in writing of Phuong Nam Cultural Joint Stock Corporation (stock code: PNC) as follows:

-       Ex-right date: July 31, 2018

-       Record date: August 01, 2018

-       Purpose: to seek shareholders’ approval in writing for the plan for restructuring the investment of Phuong Nam Cultural Joint Stock Corporation at joint ventures.  

-       Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-       Time of implementation: The Company will announce later.

-       Place of implementation: the Office of Phuong Nam Cultural Joint Stock Corporation, 1^st Floor, 940 Street 3/2, ward 15, district 11, Hochiminh city.
