NSC: BOD Resolution on business result in first six months of 2018 On July 19, 2018, the Board of Directors of National Seed Joint Stock Company approved the business result in first six months of 2018 as follows:
1) Business result in first six months of 2018 (parent company):
- Revenue: 542,014 million dongs
- Profit after tax: 110,109 million dongs
2) Business result in first six months of 2018 (consolidated):
- Revenue: 843,912 million dongs
- Profit after tax: 123,800 million dongs
- Profit of parent company’s shareholders: 113,946 million dongs
- EPS: 7,456 dongs/share.
3) Business plan in last six months of 2018:
- Revenue: 781,100 million dongs
- Profit after tax: 132,200 million dongs
- Profit of parent company’s shareholders: 103,200 million dongs.
4) Approving to plan for stock issuance to raise charter capital and additional listing on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
- Purpose of issuance: to pay stock dividend (15%)
- Number of treasury shares: 12,472 shares
- Number of outstanding shares: 15,282,528 shares
- Number of shares expected to be issued: 2,292,379 shares
