KDH: BOD Resolution on the transfer of residential housing project

    On July 24, 2018, the Board of Directors of Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company approved to transfer the residence housing project (phase 1) to Cuu Long Real Estate Development and Investment Company Limited, with total transfer of VND284,083,090,000.

   Total area: 90,772 m²

    Location: Long Truong Ward, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City.

    Time of transfer: within 30 days from the date of the decision.
