GEX: GEX completes the divestment at CAV, HEM & THI

On July 13, 2018, Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation completed the transfer of the whole of shares of Vietnam Electric Cable Corporation (CAV), Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company (THI) and Ha Noi Electro Mechanical Manufacturing Joint Stock Company (HEM), which is owned by GELEX instead of GELEX Electrical Equipment Limited Company, in order to contribute more capital to GELEX Electrical Equipment Limited Company.
