GEX: Change in the business license

Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation announces the Board resolution dated July 09, 2018 as follows:

1)    The Board of Directors approved to increase the charter capital:

-          Registered charter capital: VND2,668,000,000,000.

-          New charter capital: VND3,388,000,000,000.

-          Time of change: July 06, 2018

2)    The Board of Directors approved to register to change the Company’s Charter regarding the new charter capital.
