On July 18, 2018, the Board of Directors of FLC Group Joint Stock Company approved the personnel change as follows:

-          To appoint Ms. Huong Tran Kieu Dung as Deputy Chairwoman of BOD cum Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as from July 18, 2018.

-          To resign Mr. Tran Quang Huy as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as from July 18, 2018.
