Duong Dong Kien Giang Gas Oil Corporation: Notice of Cancellation of Auction

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of the selling shares of PetroVietnam Oil Corporation in Dong Duong Kien Giang Gas Oil Corporation as follows:

     Until 16:00 on July 27, 2018 - the deadline of registration and deposit of the selling shares of PetroVietnam Oil Corporation in Dong Duong Kien Giang Gas Oil Corporation, there was no investor to participate in the auction. Therefore, based on Article 14 of Decision No.257/QĐ-SGDHCM dated July 13, 2018 promulgating the auction regulation on the selling shares of PetroVietnam Oil Corporation in Dong Duong Kien Giang Gas Oil Corporation, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
