DTA: DTA announces a Decision of Tan Binh Court

Based on Decision No.57/2018/QĐST-KDTM dated June 29, 2018 of Tan Binh District People’s Court to recognize the agreement between Semco Mechanical Company Limited and De Tam Joint Stock Company with the following contents:

-           Semco Mechanical Company Limited and De Tam Joint Stock Company approved to liquidate construction contract No.02/3/2016/HĐXL/DETACO dated March 19, 2016 and appendix of construction contract No.01/3/2016/PLHĐXL/DETACO-SEMCO dated March 21, 2016. Appendix of contract No.02/09/2016/ PLHĐXL/ SEMCO dated September 30, 2016 between De Tam Joint Stock Company and Semco Mechanical Company Limited.

-           De Tam Joint Stock Company is responsible for payment of VND888,040,609 (including 10% VAT) for 9 installments and payment period from July 16, 2018 to March 15, 2019.
