DTA: BOD resolution on distribution unsold shares to investors

On July 13, 2018, the Board of Directors of De Tam Joint Stock Company approved to issue 2,200,000 shares out of total shares not issued to the following investors:

-          Pham Thi Binh:      1,150,000 shares

-          Bui Dinh Man:        1,050,000 shares

           Total:                    2,200,000 shares.
