According to the Board resolution dated July 17, 2018, the Board of Directors of Information and Networking Technology Joint Stock Company approved the plan for seeking shareholders’ approval in writing for the delisting on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) and the registration for trading on UpCom.
