CDO: CDO stock likely to be delisted

On May 28, 2018, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.189/QD-SGDHCM to temporarily stop transactions relating to the stock of Consultancy Design and Urban Development JSC (stock code: CDO) because the Company continued violating the regulations on information disclosure.

From May 28, 2018 to the present, HOSE sent three official documents to remind CDO about late information disclosure. Therefore, HOSE is considering the possibility of delisting of CDO stock in accordance with Point 1.11, Article 26 of the Listing Regulation by HOSE attached to Decision No.83/QD-SGDHCM dated March 19, 2018 by HOSE.
