BVH: Change of personnel

On July 11, 2018, the Board of Directors of BaoViet Holdings issued decisions on the appointment of the following persons:

-          The Board of Directors appointed Ms. Luong Thi Bich Ngoc as the person in charge of the corporate governance cum the Secretary of the Group.

-          The Board of Directors appointed Ms. Nguyen Thi Thao Nguyen as the person in charge of the corporate governance cum the Secretary of the Group.

-          The Board of Directors appointed Ms. Le Thi Thanh Chau as the person in charge of the corporate governance cum the Secretary of the Group.
