AGF: AGF still under the special supervision

On July 12, 2018, Angiang Fisheries Import & Export Joint Stock Company disclosed its semi-annual financial statements for the fiscal year of 01/10/2017 – 30/09/2018. Accordingly, the profit after tax in 06 months ended on 31/03/2018 was -165.634 billion and the undistributed profit after tax at 31/03/2018 was -257.957 billion. Besides, the auditor expressed an except-for opinion regarding the fact that the Company has not set up the provision for bad receivables worth 96.755 billion dongs. If the Company sets up the provision above, the loss after tax for 06 months ended on 31/03/2018  will increase to 96.755 billion and the undistributed profit after tax at 31/03/2018 will increase to -354.712 billion dongs, 281.097 billion dongs more than the Company’s paid-in capital. The auditor also issued an opinion with emphasis on the Company’s business performance.

Therefore, HOSE decided:

-          To maintain the special supervision status for the stock AGF of Angiang Fisheries Import & Export Joint Stock Company.

-          To maintain the warning status for the stock AGF of Angiang Fisheries Import & Export Joint Stock Company.

-          HOSE noted that the stock AGF might be delisted under the regulation.
