According to the Board resolution dated June 01, 2018, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Pesticide Joint Stock Company (stock code: VPS) unanimously approved to choose AASC Auditing Firm Company Limited (abbreviation: AASC) to audit VPS’ financial statements in 2018.
