On June 22, 2018, HOSE issued Announcement No.858/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of VINGROUP Joint Stock Company (VIC) as follows:
- Ex-right date: June 28, 2018
- Record date: June 29, 2018
- Purpose: to pay stock dividends for 2017.
- Detailed information:
- Estimated issue volume: 553,918,670 shares
- Exercise ratio: 1,000 : 210 (Those who own 1,000 shares will receive 210 new shares.)
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.
- For example, if shareholder A owns 789 VIC shares at the record date, he will receive: 789*210/1,000 = 165.69 shares rounded to 165 new shares. The fractional part (0.69 share) will be cancelled.
- Place of payment:
- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
