VHM: Board resolution on receiving the share transfer

According to the Board resolution dated June 01, 2018, the Board of Directors of Vinhomes Joint Stock Company approved to receive transfer of entire stake in Millenium Trading Investment And Development Company Limited (address: Floor 20A, Vincom Center Dong Khoi, 72 Le Thanh Ton, Ben Nghe ward, district 1, Ho Chi Minh city). Accordingly, after acquiring the stake of VND1,000 billion, Vinhomes Joint Stock Company will become the owner of Millenium Trading Investment And Development Company Limited.
