VDS: The record date for stock dividend payment for 2017

On June 07, 2018, HOSE issued Announcement No.792/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Viet Dragon Securities Corporation (VDS) as follows:

1. Ex-right date: June 18, 2018       
2. Record date: June 19, 2018        
3. Purpose: to pay stock dividends for 2017.
4. Detailed information:

-       Estimated issue volume: 9,100,000 shares

-       Exercise ratio: 100:10

-       Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

-       For example, if shareholder A owns 201 shares at the record date, he will receive 20 new shares. The fractional part (0.1 share) will be cancelled.

-       Place of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Viet Dragon Securities Corporation (141 Nguyen Du, district 1, Ho Chi Minh city).
