+ For deposited securities: the owners shall implement the procedures of receiving dividend at Depositing Member where they have opened depositing account
+ For un-deposited securities: the owners shall implement the procedures on receiving dividend at Accounting and Financial Department – Room 202 Building C1, Vinaconex 1 Apartment, No.289A Khuat Duy Tien, Trung Hoa, Cau Giay, Hanoi on the working days from Monday to Friday from 29/06/2018 and submit ID card and shareholders’ book
+ Require Depositing Member to compare information of owners in the list which is planned and sent by VSD under the form of electronic documents; at the same time send the confirmation notice to VSD (Form 03/THQ) under the form of electronic documents to confirm agreement or disagreement for information in the list. (Depositing members have not completed connection or may not connect electronic port with VSD; require these depositing members to send the confirmation information through email attached to digital signatures to address: thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In the case of disagreeing, Depositing Member must send the document which shows errors or mistakes to VSD and cooperate with VSD to adjust.
+ Time of sending the confirmation notice: the latest time is at 11h30 on 12/06/2018
+ If Depositing Members don’t send the confirmation notice following the regulated time, VSD shall consider the lists which were provided by VSD as correction and confirmed by Depositing Members. If incurring litigation or making loss for owners, Depositing Members shall take responsibility for these problems.
+ Require Depositing Members to notice enough contents of this notice to investors at least 03 days from the day written in this notice.
