TLD: TLD to seek shareholders’ approval in writing

Thang Long Urban Development and Construction Investment JSC will seek shareholders’ approval in writing as follows:

-          Time to receive ballots: by July 27, 2018

-          Purpose: to seek shareholders’ approval in writing for the following issues:

• To build Plywood Factory - Bac Dong Hoi Industrial Zone, Quang Binh;
• To suspend the implementation of investment construction of Plywood Factory in Phu Loc Industrial Group, Thua Thien Hue;
• To approve the resignation of Ms. Le Thi Anh as Member of the Board of Supervisors of Thang Long Urban Development and Construction Investment JSC.
