On June 19, 2018, HOSE issued Decision No.213/QD-SGDHCM to allow Thanh Cong Textile Garment Investment Trading Joint Stock Company (securities code: TCM) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 51,653,829 shares

-        Additional volume: 2,576,226 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND25,762,260,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 54,230,055 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND542,300,550,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: June 21, 2018

-        Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to increase the equity.
