On June 08, 2018, Tuong An Vegetable Oil Joint Stock Company announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

-   Number of treasury shares before trading: 1,000 shares

-   Number of shares registered to buy: 2,500 shares

-   Purpose: to repurchase shares from the employees resigned.

Trading period: expected from June 20, 2018 to June 30, 2018.

-   Trading method: to transfer rights via the Vietnam Securities Depository.

-   Purchase price: 27,000 dongs/share.
